Studio B61 gets into the festive spirit…
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we had some exciting projects to keep us busy in the run up to Christmas.
Headshots at Shire
Hannah took new professional headshots for our clients Shire UK this month. She set up a mobile studio in their meeting room and each member of staff popped in for a couple of minutes to have their photo taken.
On-site headshots are the best way to make sure everyone has a professional photo for the website, LinkedIn and press opportunities, without the hassle of having to leave the office.
Hannah did all 34 headshots in less than 2 hours, which meant there was minimal disruption to their working day.
We also really enjoyed our Christmas present from Shire – an inflatable branded reindeer ringtoss game!
In studio photoshoots
Earlier in the year Hannah did on-site headshots for our clients Darby Keye at their offices in Birmingham. They’ve taken on a new recruit since then so Ben popped over to our studio for his headshot.
We were able to set up the studio with the same lighting and backdrop that we used in the first photoshoot so his photo works seamlessly with the rest of the team.
Harris Lamb’s new corporate brochure
We’ve been working on the Harris Lamb corporate brochure for the past few months. Their corporate brochure hadn’t been updated for several years and was in need of a refresh.
They’ve got a lot of different departments so they wanted a flexible brochure they could tailor for specific meetings to showcase relevant areas of the business to different clients. We designed individual inserts for each department which could be inserted into the bespoke folders we designed and printed for them – so they can really show off what they do in style!

Darby Keye Property corporate stationery
Stationery is an important part of your business and is an essential element of making the right impression. We replaced Darby Keye Property’s letterheads, compliment slips and business cards with a simplistic, corporate design to match their marketing materials and website.
These were all printed in-house and our new matt lamination finished off the business cards beautifully.
On the BBC News at 10
We’ve been supporting HMP Hewell with their internal communications strategy for over 6 months, which included creating an anti-drone campaign around the site. Our posters are displayed around the prison grounds and also at several other sites across the UK.
Earlier this month several people were convicted of using drones to smuggle drugs and contraband into the prison and our posters were featured in the BBC’s report.
We’re proud to continue to support HMP Hewell on their strategy to make the prison a safer place and build a culture of rehabilitation and reform.
Snow Day
The heavy snow at the start of December meant one thing – time to go exploring with our cameras! We enjoyed a wintery walk and Hannah even got her photo featured by local Instagram Community @IgersWorcestershire!
Hitting headlines again!
Our Photographer’s Mix and Mingle event at the end of November was a big success and we enjoyed welcoming people from across Worcestershire to the studio. Bromsgrove Advertiser featured the story on the homepage of their website.
