A corporate brand identity and roll out for start up property consultancy

Leedham Property Consultants are a brand new consultancy business, specialising in commercial property.

We worked with Leedham for several months on the lead up to their launch in mid 2018.
The Brief
We were commissioned to create a brand for the start up company, that needed to reflect the corporate element of the business, as well as including an injection of colour.
Once the branding was complete, we then went on to design company business cards and letterheads, essential elements for a start up business.

Project Details
IDENTITY
We created a fresh, modern logo with clean, corporate typography and a bold geometric icon, inspired by building lines and perspectives.
The brand mark (the visual images, elements or symbols used in a logo) is a strong design element that can be used throughout the rest of the print and digital marketing. It includes the three main brand colours and brings life to the more simple and corporate typography.
COLOUR SCHEME
We created a bespoke colour scheme to run throughout the brand materials. We used an injection of colour to give the corporate brand a sense of personality.
ROLL OUT
After building a strong brand identity, we went on to design business cards and letterheads for Leedham. These are essential materials for a new business and will help the brand identity to be rolled out into the world.
PRINTING
We printed the business cards in-house, on a 350gsm paper stock with matt lamination on the outside to add a luxury finish and to protect the cards.
