The Client

Darby Keye Property is a niche commercial property agency working within the logistics & distribution, manufacturing & office markets.

Darby Keye + Studio B61

Our Creative Director, Hannah, started designing and taking photos for Darby Keye back in 2014 and has developed a strong relationship with the company since. We are proud to have been an integral part of their client offering, designing a huge catalogue of external marketing for their portfolio of properties, including sales brochures and postcard mailers. Often these projects start with a site visit to obtain professional photography of the properties before we get designing.

The Brief

Darby Keye commissioned us on behalf of Queens Court Trading Estate to help market the vacant units. We have over 12 years experience supporting clients in the commercial property industry, so we know what it takes to design effective promotional materials and campaigns. As part of the project, we visited the site to take internal and external photos.

Queens Court Trading Estate

Project Details

DESIGN

We created an identity for the site which included logo, colour scheme and typography. We then designed a sales brochure showing the site’s availability and features, including the brand identity we had designed and bespoke photography.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We visited the trading estate several times to photograph the interior and exterior of the vacant units. These professional photos made a significant improvement to the first impressions of the brochure and website.

WEBSITE

We built a website with image gallery, availability listings and the ability to download the property particulars.

SITE PLAN

We designed an interactive site plan to show current availability to prospective tenants, this was featured on the website. The site plan was designed in layers to be able to switch units ‘on/off’ when the vacancies changed.

Studio B61 is a creative agency in Bromsgrove. We provide graphic design, photography and print services. We are also approved by the CAA for commercial drone photography and videography (CAA ID: 6431).
